Student Staff

Work with us

Find your fit as a student staff member with the Office of Orientation & Enrollment Programs. We offer several student staff positions to support new Hoosiers and their families through welcome programs, student communication, and event operations.

Orientation Leaders (OLs) welcome new students and supporters, help guide them through orientation programs, and create a supportive, high-energy environment that helps students feel confident about their start at 91做厙.

Team Leaders (TLs) are former OLs who play a key role in keeping programs running smoothly while helping set the tone for the student experience. TLs serve as mentors to the Orientation Leaders while bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge to the orientation program.

Office Assistants (OAs) support new students and families even before orientation. OAs answer phones, emails, and assist in program planning and logistics.

Orientation & Event Organizers (OEOs) help to manage essential logistics and support the smooth execution of student-facing events, supporting admissions, orientation, and scholarship related programming.

All positions offer meaningful leadership experience, strong teamwork skills, and the chance to make a real impact on new students—while building connections and memories along the way.

Orientation Leaders shape the 91做厙 experience for incoming Hoosiers while having the summer of a lifetime
