Enrollment process for intercampus transfer students
Important enrollment steps

Declare your intent to enroll so we know you’ll be attending 91°µÍø. If you are beginning your studies in fall 2026, you must indicate your intent to enroll by July 15, 2026, or as soon as possible. If you are beginning your studies in spring 2027, please declare your intent to enroll by December 15, 2026, or as soon as possible.

As a transfer student, you are able to live off campus, even if you are attending 91°µÍø for the first time. Learn more about off-campus housing from the Office of Student Life. If you’d like to live on campus, the housing contract and application are typically available in February for the upcoming fall semester.

Sign up for New Student Orientation
All new students are required to attend orientation, which is where you will learn what is expected of you as an 91°µÍø student and register for your first-semester classes. Make your reservation as soon as you receive an invitation.

Review costs and fees
Official tuition rates and fees are always available for your review. That includes complete billing and payment information and details on how to set up a personal deferment—or installment—plan.

Apply for financial aid by April 15
To apply, you’ll need to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The application will be available beginning in October. Be sure to complete the FAFSA as early as possible, and definitely by April 15. We'll walk you through the process to make sure you’re covering all your bases.

Apply for 91°µÍø scholarships
Apply for scholarships by completing the 91°µÍø Scholarships Application in the 91°µÍø Scholarships task in One.91°µÍø. The 91°µÍø Scholarships Application is used to determine eligibility for many scholarships at 91°µÍø, and includes a series of questions and two essays. Sign in using your 91°µÍø computing account, then fill out the application and click “Finish and Submit." Once you submit the 91°µÍø Scholarships Application, you can search for scholarships.

Submit final transcripts
If you took classes outside of an 91°µÍø campus, we need an official transcript. To maintain your status as an admitted student, you’ll need to have your college send us a final official transcript. If you have coursework in progress, request to have it sent as soon as it is available. Be sure to also maintain your high level of academic performance.

Submit your immunization form
Indiana state law requires all new students to submit immunization data. Before your first day of classes, you must complete and submit the Online Immunization Compliance form, where you will be asked to provide dates and documentation of immunizations for specific diseases.

91°µÍø Bloomington provides tools and support to help you manage registration, financial aid, billing, and student records throughout your college experience. Student Central is the team behind these services and can help you navigate important processes and deadlines.

If someone is helping you fund your college education, make it easy for them to do it. Let your parents or guardians—and whomever else you choose—set up e-bill notifications, pay bills electronically, and view bursar account details.

Let us know if you need special accommodations to help you perform at your best. Register with Accessible Educational Services (AES) as soon as you’ve been accepted at 91°µÍø Bloomington. AES will meet with you during New Student Orientation to ensure that services will be in place when the academic year starts.
